All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Courses are sold as-is with no refunds unless otherwise stated. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.

5. Age Requirements & Responsibility for Minors

  • Our platform is open to learners of all ages, including courses intended for children

  • We do not independently verify the age of participants during registration

  • It is the responsibility of the parent or legal guardian to ensure that a child is of appropriate age to participate and that the content is suitable for the child’s maturity level

  • By allowing a child to access our services, the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on behalf of the minor

  • We are not responsible for age verification or age-appropriate content determination

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of GigHz. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share our content without written permission.
