I’m a practicing interventional radiologist who’s spent the last 16+ years making decisions where precision actually matters — in medicine, technology, and capital.

My work sits at the intersection of clinical reality, deep tech, and markets. I help founders, physicians, and investors cut through noise, understand what really works, and avoid expensive mistakes. That might mean stress-testing a med-tech product against real workflows, helping license IP that’s been years in the making, or building systems — financial, professional, or personal — that hold up over time.

I don’t believe in hype or abstraction. I believe in clarity, ownership, and disciplined execution. The same mindset that guides me in the angio suite applies everywhere else: understand the system, respect risk, and act deliberately.

Matthew is a registered investment banker and strategic advisor with over a decade of experience facilitating cross-border transactions, early-stage financings, and strategic partnerships. As a registered representative and FINRA/SIPC member, he has supported licensing deals, equity raises, and structured transactions between innovative growth-stage companies and investors across deep tech, medtech, and advanced materials.

Farzad brings over 30 years of experience in founding, scaling, and advising technology startups. As the founder of PcRush and other successful ventures, he has built and backed companies across e-commerce, hardware, and deep tech. He now works as a strategic advisor, offering guidance rooted in operational insight and early-stage investment experience.
