A tool that takes 30 seconds to load doesn't exist in a busy ED. Our APIs respond in under 200 milliseconds on Cloudflare's edge network. CasePrep runs entirely in the browser with zero server calls. Speed is a clinical safety feature.
Privacy by architecture
Pogosh accepts condition IDs and clinical parameters — not patient identifiers. CasePrep stores everything locally. Referral Pulse processes CSVs client-side. We don't collect PHI because we designed the tools not to need it.
