What it does
Setup Cards
Build complete procedure setup cards: open and standby supply lists, contrast and positioning preferences, physician-specific notes, and general case notes. Saved per-procedure per-provider.
Room Layouts
Drag and drop 24 room elements — C-arms, CT scanners, surgical lights, anesthesia machines, scope towers, lead shields, tables, and personnel. Each procedure loads a smart default room. Live 3D view from any angle.
Bleeding Risk
Every procedure tagged with SIR-based bleeding risk (Low, Moderate, High) using Society of Interventional Radiology guidelines for IR cases, with clinically mapped equivalents for surgical procedures.
PDF Export
One-tap export generates a clean, printable PDF with the full setup card — supplies, notes, room layout, and bleeding risk. Tape it to the wall, hand it to the circulator, file it for reference.
Multi-Provider
Each physician on the team maintains their own preferences. Switch between profiles without overwriting anyone else's setup cards. Admin and read-only modes for techs and nurses.
Fully Offline
Single HTML file, no server, no login wall, no app store. Loads instantly in the browser and works offline. All data stored locally in your browser — nothing leaves the device.

Data handling
CasePrep runs entirely in your browser. All setup cards, room layouts, and physician preferences are stored in localStorage on your device. Nothing is sent to any server. There is no login, no account, no tracking. Export and import preference files to back up or transfer between devices.
