Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
1. Educational and Consulting Purposes Only
All courses, materials, articles, and consulting services offered through this website are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes.
- We are not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment adviser
- While certain materials may be reviewed by individuals with FINRA certifications or other professional credentials, this does not constitute personal financial advice
- No guarantee of results is made. Any actions or decisions you make regarding investments, finances, or business strategies are your sole responsibility
2. GigHz Precision AI — Terms of Use
GigHz Precision AI is an AI-powered radiology report generation tool. By using GigHz Precision AI, you agree to the following additional terms:
Clinical Decision Support, Not Medical Device
GigHz Precision AI is a productivity and clinical decision support tool. It is NOT a cleared or approved medical device, does not provide diagnoses, and does not replace the professional judgment of a licensed radiologist or physician. All generated reports must be reviewed, edited, and approved by a qualified healthcare professional before being finalized in any medical record system.
User Responsibility for Clinical Accuracy
You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness, and clinical appropriateness of any report generated by GigHz Precision AI. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or hallucinations. The signing radiologist or physician bears full professional responsibility for any report they approve and submit.
Important: GigHz is not liable for any clinical outcomes, misdiagnoses, missed findings, or patient harm resulting from reliance on AI-generated reports without adequate professional review.
HIPAA and Protected Health Information
- GigHz Precision AI is designed for de-identified clinical workflows
- You must not input Protected Health Information (PHI) — including patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, or other identifiers — unless a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is in place between your organization and GigHz
- BAAs are available upon request for institutions and group practices
- You are responsible for compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and any applicable healthcare privacy regulations in your jurisdiction
- GigHz is not responsible for PHI submitted by users without a BAA in place
AI Limitations and No Warranty of Accuracy
- GigHz Precision AI uses large language models which may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate content
- Embedded clinical rules (LI-RADS, TI-RADS, Fleischner, Bosniak, etc.) are provided as decision support aids and may not reflect the most current guidelines at all times
- CPT and ICD-10 code suggestions are informational only and must be verified by the billing professional or physician
- AI-generated differentials are suggestions and do not replace clinical judgment
- We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or uninterrupted service
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use GigHz Precision AI to generate reports for clinical use without qualified professional review

- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or prompt logic
