    GigHz is built to minimize risk. We collect only what we need to respond to requests and improve product fit.

    What We Collect

    • Name, email, optional phone and organization
    • Request details you submit in forms
    • Basic technical metadata (timestamp, referrer, IP for abuse prevention)

    What We Do NOT Want

    • Do not submit protected health information (PHI) or patient identifiers.
    • Do not submit sensitive financial account numbers.

    How We Use Data

    • Respond to your request
    • Improve tools and documentation
    • Prevent spam and abuse

    Storage and Access

    Form submissions are stored in an internal database with admin-only access. Entries can be exported for operational follow-up and deleted when no longer needed.

    Email Delivery

    Submissions generate an email notification to our operations inbox. For deliverability, the sender may appear as our site email; replies go to the email you provide.

    Retention

    Retained only as long as needed for follow-up and recordkeeping. You may request deletion.
