Four ways to engage — pick the one that fits where you are.
Try a GigHz tool free in your practice. Submit your AI tool or medical device for an honest physician review. Bring an idea worth building. Hire us to model an ASC, run diligence, or write a memo.
GigHz is led by a practicing physician. We don't take meetings to bill meetings. Every engagement here is structured to give you something useful in the first conversation — whether you become a paying client or not.
Pick the path
These are the four engagement modes GigHz actually offers. Anything outside these probably isn't a fit — and we'd rather tell you that fast than waste your time.
Try a GigHz tool in your practice — free.
We're selecting a small number of clinical sites to deploy GigHz tools in real workflows in exchange for structured feedback. Three months of full access at no cost. You get the tool. We get the feedback that makes it better.
- Pogosh CDS — 413-condition decision support, REST API or OpenEMR module
- GigHz Precision AI — radiology dictation with embedded scoring (LI-RADS, Bosniak, etc.)
- Nakod Prior Auth — imaging PA intelligence
- Referral Pulse — referral leakage + growth (free tier or full validation access)
You built an AI tool, platform, or medical device. Get an honest physician review.
Scout is the GigHz editorial review pipeline for AI tools, platforms, and AI-enabled medical devices. A practicing physician tests the product, evaluates compliance posture (HIPAA / BAA / FDA), checks EHR fit, and writes a structured review. Approved tools earn a 'Clinician Reviewed' badge. We don't sell placement.
- AI software, clinical platforms, or AI-enabled medical devices (ultrasounds, stethoscopes, POC imaging, dermatoscopes, etc.)
- Hands-on review by a practicing physician — not a marketing analyst
- 14-day turnaround on full clinical review
- Free for vendors — no paid placement, no sponsorship tier
You have a clinical or workflow idea. Want a physician's read?
30-minute idea review with GigHz. If it's a great idea and the fit is right, we may guide it, take an advisor seat, or partner. Most ideas leave with notes — that's a feature, not a rejection. We're not a build-shop for every clinician, but we do back the right ones.
- Free 30-min scoping conversation
- Honest read on whether it should be built — and by whom
- Possible paths: GigHz guidance, advisor seat, partnership, or a clean handoff with notes
- AI tools, clinical platforms, medical devices — all fair game
ASC/OBL feasibility, capital diligence, or a research memo.
Physician-led financial modeling and independent diligence — built on real rate data and physician-operator experience, not consultant spreadsheets. Engagements scale from a $5K Snapshot review to full build-out advisory.
- ASC / OBL / imaging center feasibility (built on CenterIQ rate data)
- Real estate, oil & gas, and medtech diligence memos
- Payer negotiation prep with named-hospital benchmarks
- CPA referrals matched to your archetype + entity
Why physicians and founders work with GigHz
Three things that aren't standard in consulting or vendor relationships:
Physician-led, end to end
Every engagement is run by a practicing physician — not handed off to a junior associate. You talk to the person doing the work.
Built on real data
ASC and payer work runs on CenterIQ's 327M+ commercial + Medicare rate datapoints. Real estate and capital work runs on Repit's ZIP-level data.
Honest fit checks first
If it's not a fit, we say so in the first conversation. Bad-fit engagements waste your money and our reputation. We pass on plenty.
Before any of that — start with the free tools.
Most physicians find what they need in the free reference and tool library. Browse before booking a call.

I just want to talk — which path?
Use /contact/. We'll route you to the right path or tell you GigHz isn't the right fit. Either is faster than booking a wrong-fit advisory call.
Do you build custom software for individual physicians?
Generally no. The economics of one-off builds don't work, and GigHz is focused on building the tools we believe should exist. If you have a strong idea, the Bring Us an Idea path is the right entry — we may guide it, take an advisor seat, or partner. Most ideas leave with notes and a clean handoff.
What does Scout cost?
Free for vendors. No paid placement, no sponsorship tier. We review tools on clinical merit. Approved tools earn a 'Clinician Reviewed' badge in the Physician AI Tools directory.
Can Scout review a medical device, not just software?
Yes. Scout reviews AI software, clinical platforms, and AI-enabled medical devices — handheld ultrasounds, smart stethoscopes, point-of-care imaging, dermatoscopes, retinal cameras, and similar hardware. GigHz also consults for medtech device companies; if there's a fit beyond Scout review, we'll surface it.
What does an advisory engagement actually cost?
ASC / OBL Snapshot reviews start at $5K. Full feasibility and build-out engagements scale based on scope. Research memos: free public briefs are published; private engagements are quoted per scope. /services/ has the full list and indicative pricing.
Who runs GigHz?
GigHz is led by Pouyan Golshani, MD — a practicing interventional radiologist with 20+ years at the intersection of clinical practice, technology, and financial operations. Every engagement here is run or directly supervised by him.
