    Information Processed by GigHz Precision AI

    GigHz Precision AI is designed for de-identified clinical workflows. When you use GigHz Precision AI:

    • Dictated text and report inputs are processed transiently to generate structured reports
    • We do not store Protected Health Information (PHI) by default
    • Reports you optionally save to your account (up to 200) are stored as user-initiated templates under your control
    • All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL
    • AI processing is performed via encrypted API connections; raw inputs are not retained after processing

    Important: You are responsible for ensuring that any information entered into GigHz Precision AI does not contain identifiable patient data, unless you have a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) in place with us. BAAs are available for groups and institutions upon request.

    2. How We Use Your Information

    We use the information we collect to:

    • Provide, operate, and maintain our tools, courses, and services
    • Process AI-generated reports within GigHz Precision AI
    • Provide course access and track your learning progress
    • Process secure payments and manage your account

    Sister Companies: We may share your basic information (name, email, enrollment status) with our affiliated entities to provide relevant services across our network.

    No Outside Sharing: We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal information with outside companies, third-party marketers, or unaffiliated organizations.

    Sensitive Information Protection: Payment details, personal communications, medical information, financial situations, and personal identifying financial information are NEVER shared outside our organization under any circumstances.

    We may share information in these limited circumstances:

    • With your explicit consent for specific purposes
    • To comply with legal obligations, court orders, or regulatory requests
    • To protect our rights, property, or safety, or the safety of our users
    • With service providers who help us operate our platform (under strict confidentiality and data processing agreements)

    4. AI-Specific Data Practices

    • No Model Training: Your inputs to GigHz Precision AI are NOT used to train or fine-tune any AI models.
    • Transient Processing: Report generation inputs are processed in real time and discarded after the response is returned, unless you explicitly choose to save a report.
    • Third-Party AI Providers: We use third-party large language model APIs to power AI features. These providers process data under contractual obligations that prohibit them from retaining or using your data for their own purposes.
    • De-Identification Responsibility: Users are responsible for de-identifying any clinical content before input. GigHz Precision AI is designed for de-identified workflows and is not intended to receive PHI without a BAA.

    We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information:

    • TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit
    • Encryption at rest for stored account data
    • Secure payment processing via Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant)
    • Access controls limited to authorized personnel

    • Cloudflare CDN and DDoS protection
