GigHz CasePrep — Procedure Setup Card Builder

    Live

Procedure setup card builder with 337 procedures across 10 specialties. Custom supply lists, physician-specific preferences, draggable room layouts with 3D view, SIR bleeding risk tagging, and one-tap PDF export. Runs entirely in the browser.

    What it does

CasePrep is a procedure setup card builder for IR and surgical teams. It lets staff build, save, and print structured prep cards for any procedure — open/standby supply lists, contrast preferences, positioning, physician-specific notes — plus drag-and-drop room layouts with a live 3D view. 337 procedures across 10 specialty tracks, all running in the browser with no server, no login, and no data leaving the device.

    The problem it solves

Every IR suite and OR has tribal knowledge. The experienced scrub tech knows Dr. A likes a Cobra catheter on the back table for mesenteric cases and Dr. B wants the C-arm on the left. A new tech or traveler doesn’t. Setup cards exist on laminated sheets, sticky notes, or nowhere at all. Room layouts are explained verbally. When someone’s out sick, the whole team slows down.

    Core workflow

    • Select a procedure from 337 options across 10 specialty tracks
    • Build the setup card: open supplies, standby supplies, contrast preferences, positioning notes, physician-specific preferences, case notes
    • Build the room layout: drag and drop 24 equipment elements onto a floor plan
    • Switch between 2D plan view and live 3D room view (Three.js)
    • Save per-procedure, per-provider. Export as a clean PDF with one tap
