No. Claiming and correcting your profile on Guide.MD is free and self-serve, and the AI writer is there for anyone on Pro or Premium. Concierge is for physicians who want it done for them and kept current without thinking about it.
A government-issued ID and a selfie, handled entirely by Stripe — Guide.MD never sees the document. It costs $2 and is credited toward any paid plan. It exists so that only the physician, or someone they authorize, can change what the world reads about them.
No. This is profile and identity management — accurate, structured, consistent data about you, in the format search engines and AI assistants read. Full SEO or website work is optional and handled via vetted specialists after intake.
No. Nobody controls what a search engine or an AI assistant ranks, and anyone who says otherwise is selling something. What you control is whether the data they draw from is correct — that is the part this fixes.
